Cancellations and No Shows: Period: December 22 until January 5 Deadline: 14 days before arrival; Penalty: full charges from reservation apply. No refund or credit. Period: January 6 until April 30 and from July 01 until August 31 Deadline: 8 days before arrival; Penalty: two night charges apply. Period: All other dates. Deadline: 1 day before arrival; Penalty: two night charges apply. Early check out: 50% of total unused amount of nights p/room.
Complaints: A complaint report must be filed at the hotel during clients stay, if such report is not placed client may present their dissatisfaction up to 14 days after departure date for investigation, sent either by mail or fax to our Quality Control Manager at (809) 4720637 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. No deductions will be accepted for reimbursement unless properly authorized.
Legal: “The Hotel” reserves the right to terminate this contract if there is a non-fulfillment on any of the agreed issues. All arguments and disputes which may arise from this contract should be settled amicably. This agreement is governed by Dominican Laws for its interpretation, validity & performance. In any cases of force major (i.e. war, strikes, epidemics or natural disasters) this contract shall be suspended with the written agreement of both parties.
